Our Administration and School Board are pleased to announce the addition of a Flexible Tuition Program to serve our families! Flexible Tuition allows families to apply for adjusted tuition rates based on a family’s financial needs.
Eligibility
All students in Grades 1-12 are eligible to apply for this program and are encouraged to apply if they feel they may qualify. Other requirements are:
- Flexible tuition awards are not allowed to be combined with other discounts (staff, sibling, pastoral, etc.).
- Awards are limited to one half of the full annual student tuition.
- At the time of award, generally in May, a student must have a C or better cumulative academic average.
- A student is not required to enroll before applying for financial aid, but awards will not be offered or spots held in classes without complete enrollment.
- In the case of divorce or separation, or if a student’s parents do not live together, both households must apply for flexible tuition to be eligible.

Current Families
- Log in to your family portal.
- Click on the “Financial” tab.
- Choose “Apply for Grant & Aid.”
New Families
- Access the Grant & Aid Application by clicking the link below.
- Choose “Create Your Account” or “Sign In” if you're an existing FACTS user.
- Click the “Start Application” button.
- Select the appropriate school year.
- Complete the steps as prompted.
After Submission
FACTS Grant and Aid, an independent company used to calculate and rank a family’s ability to contribute to educational expenses, will assign a rating to each application and notify Columbus Christian Academy of the applicant’s rating.
Using the ratings of all applicants, the Columbus Christian Academy Flexible Tuition Committee will award tuition assistance. Award recipients will be notified as soon as possible.
