Applications FAQ

CCA communicates with parents in 2 ways: Email (Ram Mail) and text. We will use your email from your admission application to enter into our database for communication purposes. Both of these communication devices are very important to stay up-to-date on current information and announcements.

CCA orders lunches from various vendors or you may bring your lunch. If you decide to send lunch with your child, CCA is a nut free school. We order a week in advance. The deadline for lunch orders is Wednesday at midnight for the following week. Instructions for setting up an account can be found on a separate form.

Monday-Thursday students wear school uniforms. Please see our student handbook and uniform handout (included in this packet) for complete information and ordering. Each Friday students have the option to wear the current spirit shirt (school issued t-shirt) with appropriate jeans. During the cooler months students will have the option to purchase a sweatshirt/hoodie that may also be worn on Friday’s with jeans.

Elementary students: Students will be dropped off at the front of the school each morning between 7:30 – 8:00. Teachers will be waiting out front to help students out of your car. Dismissal will also take place at the front of the building beginning at 3:00pm. Parents will receive a dismissal sign with student’s name from the office. The sign should be displayed in the windshield of the vehicle for the teacher to call the student from the classroom.

High School: Students should be dropped off at the gym/cafeteria building each morning between 7:30 – 8:00. Students will be dismissed to the gym/cafeteria at 3:15 to wait for pick up.
